A BOSS at the new owners of the Westfield Derby shopping centre has said the company intends to rename it "Intu Derby". WHY are only Allenton and Chaddesden targeted as dog-mess areas in Derby?I live on the border of Shelton Lock and Chellaston and this problem needs addressing there, too. While we have the old Derby canal path and plenty of open fields, there is also a small park at Shelton Lock known as Fullen's Lock, and it is covered in excrement.The park houses a small, but thankfully fully enclosed, children's play area and there are three bins close by, yet certain people cannot be bothered to pick up...
