A FRAUDSTER who posed as comedian Peter Kay's brother in order to scam pub landlords has been jailed for two years.
Peter Stead, 50, claimed he was the popular comic's brother Danny Kay and was raising funds for sick Derby youngster Lewis Mighty.
Derby Crown Court heard how on one occasion he told a publican he wanted to book a function room for an event to raise money for the Lewis Mighty Fund and his brother would be making an appearance.
