Walkers step out under the moonlit sky

HUNDREDS of women who walked several miles under the night sky in Derby have raised a record £43,000 for Treetops Hospice.It is the fourth year running the Risley charity has held its Moonlight Walk, which last year raised £38,000 on the night.The women-only event, held on Friday night, started at Derby Rugby Club, in Haslams Lane, from 10pm, to coincide with the time the charity's nurses start their shifts.Walkers dressed in yellow and some were sporting rabbit ears.Among them was...
