A LIVE music pub has had permission to stage outside gigs refused by a council.The Flowerpot, in King Street, applied to Derby City Council for an extension on its licence which would allow it to hold live music outdoors. But yesterday the council turned down the application.Owner Terry Evans last night refused to comment on the decision.
