DERBY could end up "peppered" with eyesore demolition sites like Duckworth Square as the city council strives to cut its buildings maintenance bill, civic leaders have warned.The authority is racing to dispose of about 70 to 80% of the 1,500 pieces of land and buildings it owns by the end of April 2016 in a bid to save £2.8 million on maintenance.If it doesn't manage this, Derby City Council's leader says "other savings" would need to be made.Councillor Paul Bayliss...
