WILDLIFE experts say they want to prevent the culling of badgers in Derbyshire by raising funds for a five-year vaccination programme.About 5,000 badgers are set to be killed in pilot culls in south west England in a bid to halt the spread of tuberculosis to cattle.If ministers deem the culls a success, Derbyshire could be asked to do the same.Derbyshire Wildlife Trust says it is strongly against such action and wants to raise £50,000 so badgers can be vaccinated.The trust says it would...
