THE Seasoned Cookery School is welcoming another chef to its team.Tim Maddams, head chef at Hugh Fearnley-Whittingstall's River Cottage, will join the Seasoned team later this year, teaching a new course, Sensational Seasonal Food.The course will start in September at the cookery school at Catton Hall and aims to influence people to use and make the most of local produce.Tim will share his passion, knowledge and skills so that dishes can be recreated at home.Food and techniques on the course...
