AN acting chief executive has been appointed at Derbyshire County Council to replace long-serving Nick Hodgson, whose imminent departure has still not been explained.Ian Stephenson, 59, will step into Mr Hodgson's shoes when his 38-year tenure at the authority ends this weekend.Mr Stephenson joined the authority in 2007 to became its strategic director of environmental services.A spokeswoman said Mr Stephenson would take on the chief executive role while the council looked for someone permanent....
