THE police helicopter has been scrambled to search for three suspected burglars.
Officers were sent to Rowallan Way, in Chellaston, at around 10.30am.
Neighbours reported seeing three male teenagers attempting to break in to a house before running from the scene.
The youths are described as all having light hair, two are wearing blue jackets and one a grey hooded top.
Police have initially failed to find the youths however house to house enquiries are ongoing and the helicopter has returned...
