DERBYSHIRE police has changed its policy on naming suspects as new national guidelines on identifying those arrested are released.The announcement comes from the county's force as the nation debates at which point people suspected of criminal offences should be named.The force will now publicly name a person as soon as they are charged with a crime, as opposed to only after they have appeared in court, as was previously done.It will also name suspects before they are charged, on public safety...
