CAMPAIGNERS battling against plans for a waste treatment plant in Sinfin say they intend to appeal again against its planning permission.
A second planning inquiry into the matter, held in September 2012, found that the plant should go ahead.
This decision was challenged unsuccessfully in the High Court by environmental campaigner Dorothy Skrytek, who had help from campaign group Sinfin and Spondon Against Incineration (SSAIN).
