THE mother of a Derby baker who died at a party has vowed to take further legal action after an inquest found that neglect by ambulance staff contributed to his death.
Coroner Dr Robert Hunter told the inquest that there had been "a gross failure to provide basic medical care to Jason Dance" after he collapsed drunk at a party in Alvaston.
